Hot Spiced Apple Cider

Hot Spiced Apple Cider

2 quarts apple cider
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
16 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger

In a stockpot, combine all ingredients and stir. Bring to a boil, then turn to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot, or store in refrigerator and reheat by individual serving in mug or teacup later.
